If you have questions about the Medical Explorations Summer 2010 Program, please call 423-778-7371 or email the Program Director, Dr. R. Kent Hutson, at kent.hutson@erlanger.org.  In addition to submitting the form below, if you are under 18, your parent or guardian must complete the permission form (link to the right) and mail that back to Dr .Kent Hutson, Erlanger Medical Center, Chair, Department of Radiology, 975 East Third Street, Chattanooga, TN  37403.  All applicants will need to have a teacher, guidance counselor, principal, or college advisor submit a brief letter of recommendation to Dr. Hutson at the same address.  Deadline for submitting the online application and supporting documentation will be May 8, 2010.
