New residents aren't the only ones needing the Online Handbook. Returning residents as well as the chairs, program directors, and administrative program staff also utilize the sections of the Online Handbooks. As policies and procedures are changed, added, or deleted, the changes are reflected almost immediately in the Online Handbook. Questions about institutional policies and procedures should be addressed with the Graduate Medical Education Office at (423) 778-7442 or via email to GME@erlanger.org.
