Office of Research Compliance
The Office of Research Compliance provides oversight of all activities that pertain to the inclusion of humans as research participants. Its mission is to create an environment that fosters the ethical conduct of human subjects research through quality assurance and education. The function of the office is to provide an interface between campus compliance committees and faculty, staff, and students. It fosters and safeguards the institution’s culture of compliance. To report a problem with research compliance, please contact the Office of Human Subjects Protection at the UT Health Science Center in Memphis. Written reports can be sent to the office using P.O. Box 63026, Memphis, TN, 38163. A 24-hour hotline for the confidential reporting of research compliance issues is also available through the Memphis campus by calling (901) 448-1771. |
