Free registration is provided through support of UT College of Medicine Chattanooga and Erlanger Health Systems.  Although registration is free, we ask that participants register for proper conference coordination.  Registration will include all educational sessions, educational credit and lunch.

The University of Tennessee College of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

 

 AMA: The University of Tennessee College of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of 4 AMA PRA category 1 Credit(s)TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
